Non-compliance

• Contrast ratios are insufficient for some texts or graphics (in 'light' and/or 'dark' mode)
• Some interface components have shortcomings when it comes to handling by assistive technologies:
  • the identification of certain buttons (such as the one that allows you to expand the alerts panel)
  • the address search component
• When using text magnification at 200 %, some elements are truncated or overlap

Disproportionate burden

• App cannot be used in landscape mode
• Titles and interactive elements within text are not always compatible with assistive technologies
• Unwanted focus shift when using VoiceOver or TalkBack
• Navigation incompatible with external keyboard

Content not within the scope of the law of 28 May 2019

Interactive map modules are exempt as long as the page contains an alternative way of retrieving the information provided by the map (e.g. the address is spelled out in full). We endeavour to keep them identifiable and to ensure that they do not constitute a keyboard trap.

This statement was prepared on 10 September 2024. The declarations contained in this statement are accurate and based on an actual evaluation of these mobile applications compliance with the requirements defined in RAAM 1 , such as an assessment carried out by a third-party: Idéance. The statement was last reviewed on 8 June 2026.
